Jim and his highly professional crew did an amazing job digging out our crawl space and putting in a restored foundation, structural support and concrete floor for a new in-law apartment and rec room in our Sunnyside home. Jim was always professional, on-hand and available from start to finish, smart, courteous and on-time and on-budget. "Jim was a wonderful person to work with. Our project was foundation work and wood framing to create a permitted living space in the back portion of our garage. We had 4 other contractors bid on the job. Jim won our confidence because we could tell that he cared about his work, and also had the knowledge and experience to deliver. More than that, he is very 'old-school', and by that I mean that he is a careful and caring person (which sounds odd to say about a contractor!). He worked to help us stay on our budget by making sound recommendations, which we later verified with a professional engineer. During the construction process he stayed 100% on schedule.
